From request to finished photos

  1. Send the listing details

    Share the property city or ZIP, the services you need and a preferred date.

  2. Get your confirmation

    I'll confirm the appointment. Use the seller preparation checklist to get the home ready.

  3. I photograph the property

    I'll photograph the home room by room and capture any floor plan or tour you've added during the same visit.

  4. Receive your edited photos

    By the end of the next business day. Floor plans and tours follow once their platforms finish processing.

Getting the home ready

Use this checklist before the shoot.

  • Turn on all lights and replace dead bulbs
  • Open blinds and curtains
  • Clear kitchen and bathroom counters
  • Put away personal photos and paperwork
  • Move cars and bins away from the front of the home
  • Plan for pets to be secured or away

When will the photos arrive?

Your edited photos will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Floor plans and tours are processed separately and may arrive later.

What is included?

Interior and ground-level exterior photography. I'll confirm the photo count and the property size covered with your pricing.

Can I add a floor plan or tour?

Yes. A CubiCasa floor plan is a premium add-on to photos. You can also add a Zillow 3D Home or Matterport tour, or book either tour on its own. Both tours cost the same and include a complimentary 2D floor plan. Compare the options.

How should the home be prepared?

A clean, uncluttered home lets the rooms and finishes stand out. My seller preparation checklist covers the inside, outside and property access. You can share it with your seller or print a copy.
