Alex Moynihan, owner & photographer
A lot of Panther pride.
A little about me
Proud to be a Panther.
Excited to build something of my own.
I'm Alex Moynihan, an astrophysics student at Florida Tech and a D2 track athlete for the Florida Tech Panthers. I compete in the 100 and 200 meters, and I'm proud to represent my school. Go Panthers!
I'm also building Melbourne Property Photos here in Melbourne. It's my business, and I'm the photographer you'll work with. I'm excited to help local agents give their listings a strong first impression, with bright interiors, clear exterior photos and a good view of what makes each home worth a closer look.
Your booking helps me build this business while I'm in school. I appreciate that support, and I want to earn your next booking through the work I deliver.
The work comes first
Good photos.
A clear delivery date.
I photograph homes with balanced light, natural color and straight lines so buyers can get a clear view of the rooms and their details.
I'll deliver your edited photos by the end of the next business day. You can add a CubiCasa floor plan as an additional item, or choose a Zillow 3D Home or Matterport tour.
Both tours cost the same and include a complimentary 2D floor plan. You can book either tour on its own or with photos.
